Uṣūl al-kāfī (Arabic:أصول الكافي) is the title of the first part of the three parts of al-Kafi, a major Shiite book in hadith. In this part of al-Kafi, we can find hadiths concerning the beliefs of Shiites, the biographies of Imams (a), and how a Muslim should behave.4 Jul 2023.
Al-Kafi is the most authentic book of Hadeeth among Shia scholars. Bukhari is claimed to be fully authentic by many Sunnis but it contains narrations which go against Quran and allegation against the Prophets.
Al-Kafi consists of three main sections: usul al-kafi, which contains hadiths regarding beliefs, furu’ al-kafi which contains fiqhi hadiths and rawda which is about history.
